- Revenge porn or non-consensual intimate images
- Doxxing or publishing private information
2.4 Deceptive Content
- Impersonation of real people or organizations
- Phishing or social engineering attacks
- Deliberately false or misleading information
- Election interference or voter suppression
2.5 Intellectual Property Violations
- Copyright infringement

- Trade secret theft
- Patent infringement
3. Prohibited Activities
3.1 Platform Abuse
- Unauthorized access attempts
- Reverse engineering or decompiling the sh0 binary
- Scraping or bulk downloading
- DDoS attacks or service disruption
- Account sharing or credential reselling
3.2 Spam & Abuse
- Sending spam or unsolicited messages via deployed services
- Hosting open mail relays
- Manipulating metrics or engagement
- Botnet usage or command-and-control servers
3.3 Resource Abuse
- Cryptocurrency mining without explicit authorization
- Intentionally consuming excessive shared resources
- Running competing deployment platforms on our infrastructure
- Reselling sh0 access without authorization
4. Data & Privacy Violations
You must not:
- Violate others' privacy or confidentiality
- Collect personal data without consent
- Sell or trade others' data
- Disclose confidential information
- Violate GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws
5. Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password and API keys confidential
- Not sharing your account with others
- Notifying us of unauthorized access immediately
- Accepting responsibility for all account activity
6. Enforcement
6.1 Detection
We monitor for violations using:
- Automated content and traffic filters
- User reports
- Manual review
- Law enforcement cooperation
6.2 Responses
Violations may result in:
- Warning: First minor violation
- Temporary Suspension: Repeated violations (7-30 days)
- Account Termination: Severe or repeated violations
- Legal Action: Criminal or civil liability
6.3 Investigation
We may:
- Review account activity and deployed services
- Request explanation from user
- Preserve evidence for authorities
- Cooperate with law enforcement
7. Reporting Violations
To report a violation:

8. Due Process
If your account is suspended or terminated:

- Account data available for download during suspension
