1. Overview
sh0 enables users to deploy and host applications and services. This Content Policy defines what content can and cannot be deployed, hosted, or distributed through the platform.
2. Prohibited Content Categories
2.1 Illegal Content
Content that violates laws in any jurisdiction where sh0 operates or where the user is located:
- Content facilitating illegal activities
- Stolen intellectual property
- Counterfeit documents or credentials
- Goods or services illegal to sell
- Child safety violations
2.2 Harmful Content
- Violence: Content promoting violence, terrorism, or violent extremism
- Self-Harm: Content promoting suicide or self-injury
- Instructions: Detailed instructions for dangerous or illegal activities
- Weapons: Instructions for creating weapons or explosives
- Abuse: Content promoting child abuse or exploitation
2.3 Abusive Content
- Harassment: Targeted harassment, bullying, or threats
- Hate Speech: Content attacking individuals based on protected characteristics
- Discrimination: Discriminatory content based on race, gender, religion, etc.
- Doxxing: Publishing private information without consent
- Incitement: Inciting violence or discrimination against individuals or groups
2.4 Deceptive Content
- Impersonation: Pretending to be another person or organization
- Fraud: Fraudulent or deceptive content
- Phishing: Content designed to trick people into revealing information
- Misinformation: Deliberately false health, election, or safety information
- Forgery: Forged documents or fake credentials
2.5 Sexual Content
- CSAM: Child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance)
- Non-Consensual: Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Exploitation: Sexual exploitation content
- Trafficking: Content promoting human trafficking
2.6 Intellectual Property Violations
- Copyright infringement
- Trademark violations
- Trade secret theft
- Plagiarism without attribution
3. Prohibited Services
The following types of services may not be hosted on sh0:
- Malware distribution or command-and-control servers
- Open proxies or anonymization services for illegal purposes
- Cryptocurrency mining without explicit authorization
- Spam or bulk email sending services
- Torrent trackers for pirated content
4. Permitted Content
sh0 welcomes hosting of:
4.1 Web Applications
- Business applications and SaaS products
- E-commerce platforms and storefronts
- Content management systems and blogs
- API services and microservices
- Portfolio and personal websites
4.2 Data Services
- Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
- Message queues and event streaming
- Search engines and analytics
- Caching and CDN services
4.3 Development Tools
- CI/CD pipelines
- Code repositories (Gitea, GitLab)
- Monitoring and observability tools
- Development and staging environments
5. Content Ownership & Rights
5.1 Your Content
- You own all content you deploy on sh0
- We have a limited license to host and serve your content
- You can export and delete content anytime
- You are responsible for content legality and accuracy
5.2 Open Source Compliance
When deploying open-source software:
- Comply with all applicable open-source licenses
- Maintain required attribution and license notices
- Do not violate copyleft or permissive license terms
6. Content Modifications
sh0 may:
- Suspend or remove deployments hosting prohibited content
- Block network traffic from abusive services
- Disable services that violate policy (with notice)
- Cooperate with law enforcement regarding illegal content
7. DMCA & IP Takedown
7.1 DMCA Notices
To submit a DMCA takedown notice:

- Include: description, original work, infringing content, your contact info
- Swear under penalty of perjury that notice is accurate
- We will review and respond within 10 business days
7.2 Counter-Notice
If you receive a DMCA notice:
- You have 14 days to submit a counter-notice
- Counter-notice must include a good-faith claim of fair use
- We will reinstate if the claimant does not pursue legal action
8. Reporting Violations
To report prohibited content:

- We investigate within 24 hours
9. Content Moderation Process
9.1 Detection
- Automated traffic and content analysis
- User reports
- Manual review
- External reports and law enforcement cooperation
9.2 Action
- Warning: First minor violation (service not removed)
- Suspension: Service suspended for serious violations
- Termination: Account terminated for egregious violations
- Legal Referral: Criminal content reported to authorities
10. Appeals
If your content or service is removed:
- You receive notification of removal
- You have 14 days to appeal

- We review and respond within 7 days
- Service can be restored if appeal is successful
11. Changes to Policy
We may update this policy. Changes are effective immediately. Your continued use of sh0 means acceptance of the updated policy. Significant changes will be announced via email or dashboard notification.
