1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using sh0 (operated by ZeroSuite, Inc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on sh0's platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on sh0
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on sh0's platform are provided on an "as-is" basis. sh0 makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall sh0 or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on sh0's platform, even if sh0 or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on sh0's platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. sh0 does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete, or current. sh0 may make changes to the materials contained on its platform at any time without notice.

6. Service Description

sh0 is a self-hosted deployment platform. The platform provides:

  • AI-powered code analysis and build diagnostics
  • Automated Docker container deployment and management
  • Reverse proxy configuration and SSL certificate management
  • Resource monitoring and health checks
  • Backup and disaster recovery tools

All infrastructure deployed through sh0 runs on servers you control. sh0 Cloud provides managed hosting for users who prefer not to self-host.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain confidentiality of your password and API keys
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Use the platform lawfully and ethically
  • Not engage in unauthorized access or use
  • Ensure your deployed applications comply with applicable laws

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

sh0 uses AI features for code analysis, build diagnostics, and resource recommendations:

  • AI-generated suggestions are created for informational purposes
  • Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying accuracy
  • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI outputs
  • AI features are optional and can be disabled
  • You maintain liability for how you use AI-generated recommendations

9. Limitations on AI Capabilities

  • AI may have knowledge cutoffs and outdated information
  • AI may make mistakes or provide inaccurate suggestions
  • AI is not a substitute for professional DevOps expertise
  • Some complex deployments may require manual configuration

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use sh0 to:

  • Deploy illegal, harmful, or malicious content or services
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Harass, defame, or intimidate others
  • Circumvent security measures or access controls
  • Spam or engage in unsolicited communications
  • Mine cryptocurrency without explicit authorization
  • Host phishing pages or malware distribution

11. Payment Terms

  • Free tier includes limited resources as described on our pricing page
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Billing occurs at the start of each billing cycle
  • Refunds subject to our refund policy
  • You may cancel anytime from account settings
  • Resource overages may incur additional charges

12. Termination

sh0 may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

  • You breach these Terms of Service
  • You engage in illegal or harmful activity
  • We determine your use violates our policies
  • Your deployed applications cause harm to the platform or other users

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless sh0, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or damage arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware, United States.
